My name is Sandy Truitt and my experience in the Real Estate Industry encompasses 10 years which includes having worked for a Fortune 500 builder for 5 years, consecutively ranking in the top 5 producing Agents in sales for 2 years, then obtaining my Broker's License to launch Absolute Realty.
I have had the privilege to be able to sell and close over 200 homes. My certifications include handling foreclosure or "Lender Owned Properties" as well as being a certified HUD home specialist.
